Maintenance records

Every receipt and invoice since 2014, scanned and entered by hand. Where a shop recorded the mileage wrong or left it blank, it has been reconciled against the surrounding entries and marked.

TODO: export the maintenance spreadsheet to CSV, put it in src/data/, and render it here as a sortable table.
